Projects in the Works

New accessible entrance to the lower floor of this 1905 vintage historic library including an expanded parking area, outdoor plaza, and interior changes to make a direct and secure entrance to the children's library, teen lounge, and community meeting room.  Phase One work expected to be completed in 2019.

Late 2018 start to construct an "upside down" home for a retired couple who are also repeat clients.  About 1800 square feet of one-floor living space will be located above garage and guest bedroom spaces on ground level.  The house styling is rooted in Art Deco.

An 1890's vintage seasonal summer cottage overlooking Long Island Sound will be refurbished and carefully updated to preserve its original character.  Work to commence during with 2018-19 winter with completion in time for summer use in 2019.
